To return your product, please contact us when your have delivery Information and mail back to the return address on the initial order. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. All Shipping costs are not refundable. All refunds will be having any initial shipping costs deducted from the refund (if applicable.)
DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING
All our products are tested for quality and carefully inspected before leaving our facility. Upon delivery of your order, please check carefully to make sure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information and a full description of the damage to the product.
